Under Patrick’s leadership as CEO, Pennington has become a fraternal foundation leader raising more than $1.2 billion in support of fraternities and sororities. Patrick has served Delta Chi Fraternity as a Leadership Consultant, Director of Chapter Development and Director of Chapter Services, and was elected International President both in 2022 & 2024. He’s been recognized with interfraternal service awards from FarmHouse, Delta Tau Delta, Delta Chi, Beta Theta Pi, Phi Kappa Psi and the NIC. He is a past president of the Fraternity & Sorority Political Action Committee, and he chaired the Fraternities Matter Campaign and The Campaign to Defend the Fraternity & Sorority Experience. Patrick lives in Indianapolis, and he proudly serves his Alma Mater as the Chairman of the Ball State University Foundation Board.
Aaron Parker, Vice President of Pennington & Company

Aaron Parker, as Vice President of Pennington & Company has directed capital campaigns for fraternities nationwide. Aaron started his development career with the University of Iowa, focused on a $50 million campaign for the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital. His passion for Greek Life has led him to Pennington & Company where he’s raised nearly $50 million for fraternities. He continues his commitment to student development as an ambassador of the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation, an advisor to the board of the Iowa Alpha Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi, and as the President of the Nashville Iowa Club. Originally from Iowa and a Phi Psi from the University of Iowa, Aaron now resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife Bethany and son Campbell.

Dianne Chipps Bailey is a trusted advisor to influential, impactful philanthropists and a passionate advocate for the nonprofit organizations they support.
Dianne’s current role is Managing Director and National Philanthropic Strategy Executive for Bank of America. Her team delivers customized consulting and advisory services on topics including strategic visioning, mission advancement, high-impact grant making, leadership development, governance and board dynamics. Dianne is a frequent speaker and commentator on topics related to best practices and trends in philanthropy. Her insights have been featured in Axios, Barron’s, Business Insider, Fortune, Town & Country, Washington Post and New York Times, among other publications. In her TEDx Talk, Dianne makes The Case for Fierce Optimism.

Dianne has more than twenty-five years of experience working with operating charities, grantmakers and social entrepreneurs. Previously as an attorney, Dianne’s practice was dedicated to the representation of tax-exempt organizations with clients including colleges and universities, museums, human service organizations, sports philanthropists, health care affiliate and conversion foundations, corporate and community foundations, private foundations and donor-advised fund holders, churches and other religious organizations, national fraternities and sororities, business leagues, trade organizations, as well as a myriad of start-up and grassroots charities. In addition, Dianne regularly was engaged as an expert witness in state and federal litigation matters, providing strategic counsel and trial testimony. Dianne began her career at Georgetown University Law Center, where she served on the adjunct faculty and raised annual and major gifts.
