Phil Fernandez
Phil Fernandez currently serves as the Chief Foundation Officer for the Beta Theta Pi Foundation, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Foundation and its seven person staff. After graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Phil began his career with Beta in 2006 serving as a Leadership Consultant and Director of Expansion (2008-2012), then with the Beta Foundation as Director of Advancement (2012-2018).
He is a returning presenter at Seminar, been on its planning committee (2020) and currently serves on the FFE Board of Directors.
Phil lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife, Nicolette, and their two boys. In his free time, Phil enjoys golf, college football, traveling and the great outdoors.
