Megan Smiley Wick is the chief executive officer of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, Foundation and Facilities Management Company. With Gamma Phi Beta for 14 years, she served as the director of education and the managing director of risk and policy before becoming CEO in 2017.
Prior to joining Gamma Phi Beta staff, Megan volunteered as international team leader-regional operations, regional team leader, sorority director-leadership, sorority director-human resources and led the organization-wide transition from operational to strategic board governance.
