About FFE
Incorporated in 1992 as the North American Interfraternity Conference Foundation (NICF), this organization was established to meet a need of its membership organization – the North American Interfraternity Conference – and was intended to work in collaboration and partnership across the NIC’s member fraternities. With time, the NIC Foundation evolved and developed its own niche – serving fraternal foundations through professional development opportunities for staff. In 2018, after an in-depth rebranding and refocusing process, the NICF transitioned into the Foundation for Fraternal Excellence (FFE).
The FFE exists to support organizations and individuals invested in developing the next generation of fraternity/sorority leaders.
The FFE, in collaboration with its Alliance Partners, serves a membership consisting of more than 60 fraternal foundations, including their professionals and volunteers. Now more than ever, our campuses, work places and communities need strong, values-driven leaders.
Because a healthy, positive fraternity/sorority experience acts as an incubator for leadership and personal development, the FFE has a responsibility to protect and preserve the integrity of that experience.
Connect with FFE if you wish to be involved in the future of the fraternal foundation industry.
