Fraternal organizations have inspiring missions and motivating goals. Fulfilling organizational mission and goals requires creating a thoughtful strategy and making well-informed decisions. This session focused on how to create a culture of assessment that provides meaningful insights to support data-driven decisions. Attendees gained an understanding of assessment processes and tactics they can utilize to create a culture of assessment within their organization to better serve their mission and achieve their goals.
