Virtual Engagement Series

Not Just Another Zoom Meeting: Making Virtual Engagement Engaging

While many of our professional teams are adjusting to a work from home environment, our volunteers have always been “remote” parts of our work teams. Despite that reality, many of us have been slow to utilize electronic communications and virtual collaboration tools to more effectively manage and support our volunteer boards and teams. This session will review some creative ways to more effectively engage our remote volunteer teams in the work of our organizations – and hopefully have a little more fun doing it!
