IMPORTANT: Did you know the 2023 and 2024 program experienced a sellout?! Should this occur again for the 2025 program — which we anticipate happening — registration will close early. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I RESERVE MY ROOM?

  • Room reservations/booking will be managed by FFE staff and the hotel will accept credit card for payment upon check-in.
  • Check-in/check-out dates will be identified in the registration process and confirmed in pre-conference communication.
  • Roommate requests can be made through registration.

All reservation requests and changes must be completed by December 13. The Cape does not allow any cancellations 30 days prior to the event without full financial penalty. Attendees assume responsibility for the charges incurred for their reservation as confirmed through the registration process.

WHAT ARE THE ROOM RATES?

  • Deluxe King Ocean View: $349.00++
  • Deluxe Queen/Queen Ocean View: $403.00++

The Guest Room Rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes which are currently 16.00% VAT, 4.00% Occupancy Tax and $33.68 pesos per night Baja California Sur Environmental Tax (approximately $1.67 USD). In addition to Guest Room Rates above, there will be a daily service charge of 15% per room, per night, which includes: bellman, housekeeping and valet parking gratuities.

WHAT KIND OF PROGRAMMING CAN I EXPECT?

The think-tank atmosphere and intimate environment of Summit allows executives to step away from the chaos of the day-to-day and focus on the strategy behind their important work. Program speakers may include university presidents or advancement leaders, nonprofit consulting firms and other industry leaders.

What is the refund policy?

Registrations are transferable at any time prior to the event. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event will result in a registration refund of all but a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 10 business days in advance will result in a registration refund of 50%. Cancellations made less than 10 business days in advance of the event are non-refundable.
