WHAT CAN I EXPECT REGARDING COVID-19 AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL?

Summit 2022 will take place at The Cape in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Attendee health and safety is of the upmost importance to us, please see our COVID-19 plans for keeping everyone safe.

  • Vaccination requirements: All attendees must be either (1) fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for at least two weeks prior to the start of the event, or (2) receive a negative test 72 hours or fewer within the start of the event and confirm no known COVID-19 exposure since the negative test. Regardless, attendees must submit that they have not experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19 in the 72 hours leading up to the event. While there are no vaccination requirements to travel from the U.S. to Mexico nor any vaccination requirements to stay at The Cape at this time, at last report, 80% of the eligible population in Los Cabos is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • International travel: Per U.S. guidelines, all international travelers must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of their return flight to the U.S. The Cape provides one complimentary antigen COVID test per registered overnight hotel guest. The tests can be scheduled in advance. The results will be provided within 24 hours, and travelers will be required to show the results to the airline in order to board the plane.
  • Masks, social distancing and other protocols: The Cape staff is masked at all times. Guests are required to use masks when transiting public areas (lobby, front desk, elevators, walking through the restaurant, etc). Once at their destination, masks may be removed. View The Cape’s additional and current COVID-19 precaution information here.
